resort community, located at the top of Northwoods Boulevard,
Tahoe Donner is large enough to afford all the amenities
that one could want in the mountains, but it's still an affordable

70% are second homeowners and 30% are full-time residents.
Home prices range from $200,000 to $1,750,000 (plus annual
homeowner's dues). Condominiums are priced from $100,000
