Katsi Nousiainen has truly made her success in real estate by helping her clients make informed and educated real estate decisions. She started in Menlo Park as a real estate agent in the early 1990s and has continued her career in real estate throughout the many changes of the real estate market. Katsi uses her background in title/escrow, construction and new home sales as key factor when involved in the buying and selling process. Her philosophy for excellent service is based on hard work, trust, communication, and a personal commitment to her client’s best interests. She uses the experience and knowledge she has gained throughout the past 18 years to make each property a successful sale.
Katsi was born in Finland and having English as her second language has helped her work and relate with multi-cultural clients. Katsi and her husband of 18 years, Rainer, have 2 great kids, Allan and Annika, they currently reside in Truckee. Prior to living in Truckee they have lived in Woodside, the hills of Redwood City and Atherton. Although Katsi puts Real Estate first she does take some time for skiing, gardening, golfing, and walking. You will enjoy her enthusiasm!
