Jimmie has over twenty five years experience in real estate sales, specializing in Project and General real estate sales. She has been licensed in real estate since 1981 and licensed as a Broker since 1991. Jimmie has experience in residential and on-site condominium project sales, working directly with real estate developers in the North Lake Tahoe area. She has sold out two Squaw Valley projects and represented Kennedy-Wilson as their on-site Broker on a third Squaw Valley condominium development. Jimmie was the on-site broker for over 10 years at Tahoe Tavern and Tavern Shores, exclusive lakefront condominiums on Lake Tahoe’s West Shore. Jimmie was Sales Person of the Year in 1991 and 1999. Jimmie received the Outstanding Sales Achievement awards in 1988 and in 2007 She is consistently a top producer.
