David Wright is a native Californian who moved to the Sierra from Santa Cruz in the mid 80’s. He was a founding member with North Woods Realty, the first office inside Tahoe Donner in 1991. At the coast, David served 4 years as a Carpenter’s Apprentice, earning his “Journeyman Card”, then his General Contractor’s License. As a contractor, he specialized in beachfront homes and Victorian renovations. He built a loyal clientele with his “Quality oriented, attention to detail” service. That standard remains his banner as a Realtor.

David is an avid backcountry skier, and honored to be an “A” team memberof Tahoe Nordic Search and Rescue. Other outside interests include hiking,mountain biking, golfing, fly fishing, Outrigger Canoe racing, kayaking, windsurfing, free-diving and single-handing his 34′ sloop “SELKIE”,berthed in Santa Cruz.
