Boice Countryside, Realtors’ beginnings in the early 1970’s is indicative of our long-standing historic relationship with the Truckee area. When Marianne Boice first started her fledgling real estate company in 1972, it was located in downtown Truckee. Over the years the company evolved in size, experience and went through several name changes. By 1983, the company decided on its current name and was sold to present day owners Bill and Darla Whitehead and Bill and Judy Deatsch- the rest is history.
