Keller Williams Realty, then Boice Countryside, Realtors, opened new doors at their beautiful Northwoods location on May 12, 1999. Set off by rock wainscoting, a granite fireplace and oversized hewn beams, this gorgeous building is a combination of great local talent and craftsmanship. The complex combines state-of-the-art technology with wonderful mountain charm.

Boice Countryside, Realtors’ beginnings in the early 1970′s is indicative of our long-standing historic relationship with the Truckee area. When Marianne Boice first started her fledgling real estate company in 1972, it was located in downtown Truckee. Over the years the company evolved in size, experience and went through several name changes. By 1983, the company decided on its Boice Countryside, Realtors name and was sold to then owners Bill and Darla Whitehead and Bill and Judy Deatsch. In 2006, the company became a Keller Williams Realty office - the rest is history.

Today, Keller Williams Realty® remains successful through our strong commitment to teamwork, knowledge and diligent work.
